- Frontend theme decoupled from the core artifact; themes are distributed separately and core ships a graceful theme-missing fallback.
- Rebuilt and trimmed the distributable, dropping generated assets and OS clutter.

- Release artifacts are now strictly code-only: removed the inadvertently bundled environment file, session store, framework and bootstrap caches, compiled views, generated fonts and the test suite from the distributable.
